We regularly advise clients on the interpretation of legislation that affects them, including the founding legislation of public bodies or legislation that will have financial and policy implications for the way a client operates.

Our expertise

We have experience in the provision of legislative drafting services and can assist with the drafting of primary and secondary legislation, including Bills, Order of Council, Orders in Council, Royal Charters and Harbour Orders.

We act for the promoters of Private Bills in the Scottish Parliament and are experienced in this process.
