Our experience of commercial arrangements ranges from ferry contracts and rail passenger franchises to specialist helicopter service contracts to the automotive, rail, maritime and aviation supply chains as well as wider manufacturing and retail logistics. We also offer public procurement, Brexit and international trade expertise.

Across all modes, our extended team have the necessary knowledge and experience of the niche aspects of real estate, environmental, health and safety, employment and pensions (including trades union relations) law you may need.

Our knowledge and experience of the contractual and regulatory matrix in the rail sector extends back to rail privatisation. We’re also at the heart of the road haulage, public service vehicle and taxi sectors. We act for contractors and operators in solving the operator and PSV licensing issues which they and their drivers face. We have a wealth of experience at public inquiries before the Traffic Commissioner and of appeals to the Transport Tribunal, in addition to road traffic law matters.
