Danielle has a double accreditation from the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in both Family law and Child law. Danielle focuses on contact disputes, separations, divorces, pre/post-nuptial agreements and adoptions.
She is dedicated to leading people through difficult times and achieving a positive outcome. In relation to contact issues, Danielle likes to take a child focused approach to resolving disputes.
She appears regularly at Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as running cases in the Court of Session. She also sits as a Board Member for the charity Sikh Sanjog.
When she’s not at work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her young family and bagging munros.
