Caterina Capaldi

Caterina is a senior solicitor in our Public and Third Sector Team Corporate Team. Caterina advises public and third sector clients in relation to corporate, commercial, charity and public law matters (including public procurement and subsidy control), data protection and freedom of information.  The main focus of Caterina’s work is developing bespoke constitutions, joint venture agreements, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and advising on the detail of procurement processes.

Outside of work, Caterina enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes. She also loves travelling, having lived and worked in Australia in the past.
