Euan Mellor

Euan is a partner in our commercial real estate team.  He has a wealth of experience in commercial property transactions, with a focus on property investment transactions and property development and infrastructure.

He has longstanding relationships with both public sector and private clients on challenging projects having advised public sector clients for over 10 years on strategic oil and gas infrastructure. Euan has also worked on the delivery of a large mixed use residential and commercial development site for almost 15 years.  Establishing lasting associations and understanding his clients’ businesses is something that Euan really values.

Euan is a Committee Member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association, a not-for-profit professional organisation for non-contentious commercial real estate lawyers.

In his spare time Euan plays 5-a-side football, and each year tries to keep up with his family on their skiing holiday.
