Jennifer Sim

Jennifer is an experienced corporate and commercial associate in our Lerwick office and has been involved in acting for a broad range of clients including SMEs, VC/PE funds, investors and family-run businesses in various sectors. She regularly advises on business law including both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, re-organisations, investments, warranty and indemnity claims and general corporate governance.

Having grown up in Shetland, Jennifer enjoys the views across Lerwick from the Nordhus office. She also enjoys regularly travelling to work from Anderson Strathern’s Edinburgh office.
