There are various challenges in handling workplace grievances which are particularly important if you work in HR or in people management.
Join us at our Glasgow office on 29 October for an evening of pizza and prosecco, where our employment law specialists, Reece Ashmore and Sarah Thompson Robertson will cover the top tips for handling these issues, particularly with Christmas party season approaching, and share suggestions for proactive steps that your organisation might want to consider.
The duo will cover:
Grievance acknowledgement and response
Planning the investigation process
Obtaining evidence
Dealing with and supporting reluctant witnesses
Drafting the investigation report/ outcome
Our Next Generation HR events aim to facilitate networking opportunities for those in the first few years of their HR careers. They provide a safe space to ask questions, to generate ideas, and to connect with others at a similar stage in their HR career. If you have a friend or colleague who would like to join but isn’t yet a member, please share this event with them.
