Linda Adams

Linda is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s strategy in relation to all aspects of Human Resources. She is a member of our Executive Committee, Staff Forum, Social Committee, Equality, Diversity& Inclusion Group, and is leading our Workplace Wellbeing programme. She leads our HR team and oversees the Facilities team.  A Chartered Member of the CIPD, she has worked in HR for over 25 years and has been with the firm for 9 years.

Linda’s role is diverse dealing with all areas of HR such as recruitment, reward, retention, talent management, and inclusion & diversity. Linda works closely with our Head of Learning & Development on the recommendations and retention of our Investors in People and Investors in Young People Gold accreditations and our trainee training programme. Linda oversees the graduate recruitment and summer placement, and the team works collaboratively across the firm to provide a positive, friendly, and challenging working environment.

Outside of work, Linda is learning to golf, enjoys the gym, theatre, and walking her dog.
