Anne has a broad range of real estate experience and provides pragmatic advice to clients across both the public and private sectors, including individuals, private property companies, institutional investors, local authorities, public bodies and funders.
She regularly advises on commercial leasing, property development, asset management, property finance and property tax matters, together with investment acquisitions and disposals.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Anne worked as a project manager and is able to apply this experience daily to her clients’ benefit.
Outside of the office, Anne is a keen tennis player and globetrotter.
