Daniel Considine
- Trainee Solicitor
I have loved my time as a trainee at Anderson Strathern. One of the things that makes your work enjoyable is the people you work with. I can honestly say I have met so many brilliant people during my time here – from top to bottom my colleagues have been great with me.
Beyond this, the firm is a great place to learn your trade as a trainee solicitor. You are given a great grounding in multiple areas of law, which is primarily down to the variety of practice areas within the firm and the fact that, as a trainee, you get to spend time working in a number of these. I have worked in four departments (Private Client, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Litigation and Employment) that are each unique in terms of the work involved, but which also teach you a number of transferable skills that will undoubtedly stand you in good stead further on in your career regardless of what area you specialise in.
