Jemma is an associate in the Employment, Immigration and Pensions Unit in our Glasgow office. She regularly represents both employer and employee clients across the private and public sectors.
Jemma advises clients in all aspects of contentious employment issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues and whistleblowing, to name a few. She has experience advising HR clients on ad hoc employee relations matters as well as employees in relation to settlement agreements. Jemma also has extensive experience of mediations and has recently trained as a mediator as she has a keen interest in this form of dispute resolution.
Mandy advises clients on all aspects of employment law and HR, including discrimination and unfair dismissal, contractual issues, settlement agreements, redundancies, restructuring and TUPE. She acts for a wide range of both public and private sector clients, including various Colleges and Universities, and also acts for employees in relation to all types of workplace issue.
Mandy leads our Employment Law Clinic, which offers a free initial consultation to new employer and individual clients on employment and HR issues.
