Linsey is a partner in the rural land and business team and specialises in all aspects of the law around agricultural and rural matters, farms, estates, renewables, and forestry.
She is an accredited specialist in agricultural law and has a large variety of clients, from large and complex agribusinesses to individuals who want to buy a country house or other rural property or land.
Linsey provides specialist advice to other law firms on rural and agricultural matters. She also deals with succession planning matters for families and is mentioned in chambers with a client reporting: “often these things get bogged down, but she was extremely good at keeping the process moving”.
Alice is a senior solicitor in the rural land and business team. She advises clients on a range of issues including the sale and purchase of rural land, leases, and title concerns.
She has assisted clients with residential property sales and has undertaken research for clients on servitude issues and coal mining queries. She also has an interest in renewable energy and diversification projects.
Prior to specialising in rural property, Alice worked in litigation for a global law firm with a focus on the construction sector across a variety of industries.
