Our latest Club HR breakfast seminar will be focusing on flexible working requests and is suitable for all professionals working in the HR sector.

We are conscious that year on year the flexible working landscape continues to change as more and more employees seek a different work-life balance especially as the working population continues to age. Andrew is a partner in our employment team acting for businesses, public sector and education bodies. Mandy advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law. Her areas of expertise include unfair dismissal, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance issues and TUPE. Working closely with public and private sector clients, Mandy often represents employers’ interests at the Employment Tribunal, particularly in defending discrimination claims. She also regularly represents employees involved in litigation and has specialist skill and experience at the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
