People, Places and Planning - The new Planning Bill and the impacts of reform

    Anderson Strathern and Lichfields are delighted to present a breakfast seminar on the new Planning Bill which will be introduced to the Scottish Parliament at the end of 2017. The event will be of interest to all involved in planning and development industry.

    The seminar will focus on the key changes introduced by the Bill, including changes in plan making, developer contributions, stakeholder engagement, housing delivery and development management. It will examine the opportunities and challenges for developers, local authorities, and communities, and explore how all these groups may be affected by the proposed changes. Delegates will hear four expert speakers, including the Chief Planner, and will have the opportunity to ask questions and network.
