    25 May 2017

    Glasgow Office

Anderson Strathern and Scott-Moncrieff Accountants are pleased to present a brief breakfast seminar on commercial property.

This seminar focuses on the often overlooked tax benefits of capital allowances, and also the treatment of VAT on commercial property, (which can result in significant losses if not treated correctly). It will also examine the points that a property owner or investor must get agreed and the traps to avoid in commercial property leases, which can make a significant difference in value and marketability of a property, and are relevant whether buying a property with the benefit of a lease or if granting a lease of property already owned.

This seminar is aimed at clients, surveyors and other intermediaries involved in the property.
