We advise on a range of commercial leasing and title issues, including giving advice on dilapidations, interpretation of lease terms and remedies. Our specialist team works with commercial leases and development agreements on a regular basis. We work closely with our colleagues in the Commercial Property team at all stages ensure we understand your business. In this way, if disputes do arise we are already familiar with the background and are able to give commercial advice on the options. In some cases the courts are the only practical way to resolve the dispute but we will consider with you whether alternative dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration may be more appropriate.

Contentious issues can arise and our specialists in construction disputes have all the skills and experience you need to resolve them. Rural land and property disputes
