Alex is a consultant in our private client services team, where he and his professional team deliver a range of property, taxation, trusts and succession planning advice.
Growing up on the family farm, Alex’s strong work ethic and passion for the countryside and rural affairs has been a part of him ever since he was a young boy. He has worked in property, business structures and tax planning for more than 25 years, and advises and manages the relationship for a number of our estate clients. These include Manderston, Balgonie, Cassilis and Culzean, as well as a diverse portfolio of private clients.
Alex’s love of the outdoors has never waned, and he can be regularly found in his garden or braving the elements while walking, golfing and cycling around Scotland. You’ll never find him on a treadmill or exercise bike.
