Always proactive and incisive, Anne provides expert support and advice on maximising tax advantage through business property relief, pension benefits, life policies and the making of lifetime gifts.

Anne’s depth of professional expertise sees her helping financial advisors and family lawyers, and she also has huge experience in the administration of executries, legal rights, incapacity issues, guardianship orders and powers of attorney. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Executry Practitioners and a notary public, and is also able to notarise foreign deeds through being registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
