Anne McGregor

Anne heads our commercial real estate department and is a commercial property specialist, with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property transactions, acting for a diverse range of clients from multinational companies to local businesses. She frequently acts in development projects, investment projects and for institutional landlords.

She is lead partner for Braehead Shopping Centre; Xsite at Braehead, Royal Sun Alliance PLC; BMO Real Estate, Dandara, the Coal Authority, Slater Menswear and HALO. She has a close working relationship with a range of retail, office and industrial clients and has experience of both residential and mixed-use development. Most of her work involves commercial organisations and funds, but she also acts for SMEs and family businesses.

Away from her busy career, Anne loves running and the great outdoors. She’s done plenty of hiking in Scotland and has also scaled Mount Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains. Away from the wilds, Anne enjoys a night at the pictures and live music.
