Brenda Welton

Brenda is a Paralegal working in our Commercial Real Estate team dealing with housebuilding plot sales and is involved from reservation stage to completion.

She is in regular contact with clients to ensure that their expectations are met and to keep them fully updated on progress on their developments. It is extremely important to Brenda that a good client relationship is maintained at all times.

Brenda is also experienced in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing which proves to be very useful when dealing with part exchange transaction for developer clients.

Brenda has worked in the legal sector for around 20 years and has held a Certificate in Conveyancing Practice from Strathclyde University since 1999.

On a personal level, Brenda enjoys socialising and holidaying with her friends and family, particularly on the beautiful Canary Island of Fuerteventura where she has many friends. Brenda is also an avid reader and will give any book a try!
