Catherine is a member of our Rural Land and Business team and acts in a broad range of rural property matters.
Her work spans the sale of land for residential development, creation and enforcement of title conditions; grants of servitudes and wayleaves; purchase and sale of country houses; residential leasing and agricultural securities and clawback agreements and voluntary registration projects for estates and individuals. Catherine works with high-profile clients on a wide range of coastal matters including the sale and leasing of foreshore and seabed and preparation of associated documentation for dredging, moorings and pontoons. Catherine advises Crown Estate Scotland on claims regarding the foreshore and registration of the foreshore around Scotland.
Away from the office, Catherine is a keen skier and yoga devotee.
