A partner in our private client services team, David is involved in all aspects of private client work, from inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning to preparation of wills and powers of attorney. He also has many years’ experience of dealing with law and the elderly. He is on the board of the Wilson Christie Fund, a charity which offers financial support to older people in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
David advises on the use of trusts and has a special interest in personal injury trusts. He regularly provides reports to personal injury lawyers on the cost of management of personal injury compensation awards.
David lives in North Berwick and looks after clients in the Edinburgh and Haddington offices.
