David McBride

David is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property Team and specialises in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate. His experience includes advising our public and private sector clients on various property transactions including land acquisitions, purchase and disposal of Commercial Property on small and large scale, complex title examinations and registration, servitude rights for access and utilities, wayleave agreements, and lease transactions. David also has experience advising on managing property portfolios including drafting and serving break notices and notices to quit, renunciations, rent reviews, licence for works and assignations.
David’s approach is rooted in reliability and practicality.  He is aware of the governance, budgetary and regulatory considerations required in advising public sector client and provides succinct, practical, advice to clients on a wide range of property issues working effectively with clients and supportively with in-house teams.
Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his family and taking part in various sports – gradually getting worse at each of them as he gets older.
