Declan is a solicitor in our Lerwick office who deals with both residential and rural conveyancing transactions. He carries out both purchases and sales across a variety of different property types from tenement buildings to rural plots of ground. Declan’s primary focus is residential property, and working in Shetland he also has knowledge of rural and crofting law. He also has experience with new developments.
Declan has also worked closely with our Residential team in Edinburgh which has furthered his development as a conveyancer.
Outside of the office, Declan is adventurous and likes to travel. He plays football for Shetland’s county select team which has afforded him the opportunity to combine travel and football, playing in the international Island Games against the likes of Greenland, Falkland Islands and Isle of Man.
