Duncan Roach

Duncan is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department in our Edinburgh office. He acts for public sector clients in a wide range of court actions across Scotland.

Duncan has obtained an honours degree in Psychology specialising in Forensic Science from Heriott Watt University, an LLB in Law from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh. He began his traineeship in a busy high street firm, during this time Duncan represented clients in a high volume of actions in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, and in the Court of Session. Following his move to Anderson Strathern, he has worked on a number of Defender Personal Injury cases and Fatal Accident Inquiries.

Outside of work he is an avid reader often losing himself in a work of fiction (when he is not running around after his children).
