Elizabeth is a member of our Commercial Real Estate team and has 20 years of experience of property transactions including the property aspects of renewable energy projects, and social housing transactions.
Elizabeth carries out a professional support and knowledge development role, supporting our real estate team by carrying out legal research and advising in relation to legal problems and queries arising on transactions. She also provides training and keeps fee-earners and clients up to date in relation to key legal developments (such as changes in legislation and case law updates) in the commercial property sector.
Beyond her busy professional life, Elizabeth enjoys playing tennis and competing in tennis matches for her local club. Elizabeth also has two sons who keep her busy with their full sports and activity schedules!
