Fallon Sara Spencer

Specialising in commercial property, Fallon acts in a variety of property investment matters including acquisitions, disposals, and property finance. Her clients include developers, individual and Limited Company investors, pension funds and specialist lenders.

She has a particular expertise in relation to investment portfolios advising on all types of investments from student accommodation to the private rented sector.

Fallon is part of the GCU MINT Programme at Glasgow Caledonian University, mentoring final year law students.

Fallon is known for delivering clear, commercial and solution-based legal advice in an approachable and friendly manner.

Outside of work, Fallon enjoys travelling and can be found either at a reformer Pilates class or watching a Formula 1 race.
