Collaborating closely with a large public sector regeneration body, Fiona’s challenges are diverse and varied. She works on acquisitions, leases and licences, advises on complex title issues, deals with asset transfers from local authorities, site assembly, and urban regeneration construction projects.
Fiona has developed an in-depth knowledge of the petroleum sector, working for both SMEs and global oil companies over the past 12 years. She has also been involved in a diversity of commercial retail work, including acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work. Her clients in this capacity include shopping centres, retailers, investors, pension funds and developers.
A true expert with valuable knowledge to share, Fiona is a tutor in the Property Law & Conveyancing and Commercial Conveyancing courses for the Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow University.
Away from her varied and interesting career, Fiona loves to spend time with her family in the peaceful beauty of the west coast of Scotland. She also enjoys skiing.
