Gillian Green

Gillian Green is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team in our Glasgow office. She regularly acts for clients across the private and public sectors in major projects, predominately in infrastructure and construction matters.

Gillian has experience of working with many different types of construction contracts e.g. SBCC contracts, NEC4 contracts, collateral warranties, performance bonds and guarantees. She also has in-depth experience of construction dispute resolution, having supported the preparation of cases for adjudication and for litigation in the Court of Session.

Outside of the office, Gillian enjoys walking Dora, her cocker spaniel and spending time with her young son, Grayson.
