Graham is a director in our commercial real estate team and has over 12 years’ experience acting in a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions including investment and development acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing acting for both landlords and tenants and the asset management of multi-occupancy investment assets and property finance transactions acting for both borrowers and lenders. A large proportion of his time is spent buying and selling trading businesses in the hotel and hospitality sector and he also has significant experience dealing with the Scottish real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and sales.
Graham has acted for a wide range of local, national and international clients including institutional investors, lenders, REITs, developers, lenders, hotel operators and corporate occupiers across various sectors including hospitality, office, retail, leisure, industrial and logistics. He always strives to provide his clients with practical and pragmatic advice in respect of the fundamental issues facing them in any transaction in order to achieve their objectives as efficiently as possible.
Away from the office Graham enjoys anything sport-related and can often be found on the golf course in the perpetual battle to lower his handicap!
