Heather Grant

Heather is an experienced HR professional within our HR Plus function, which sits among a team of employment lawyers based in our Edinburgh office. She holds a PGDip in human resource management and is MCIPD qualified. She has diverse experience across all HR disciplines gained mainly in the oil and gas industry and most recently in the broadcasting industry for Sky UK.

She has a strong background in both operational and strategic HR and can support on all aspects of HR across the employee life cycle with experience managing complex employee relations cases,  organisational change and redundancy processes from end to end, and always works tries to resolve HR problems in a practical way.

Out of work, Heather is a busy mum of two young kids and spends most of her spare time watching them play football or competing in karate. When she gets any time to herself, she likes to go walking and spend time with family and friends.
