Iain specialises in commercial real estate and high value residential properties in England and Wales.
He is experienced in investment acquisitions and disposals, development projects, property finance and landlord and tenant matters.
Iain acts for banks, corporate occupiers, developers, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and investors working across a number of sectors but with a particular interest in healthcare, retirement living and retail. He has also worked with administrators and receivers in relation to distressed portfolios.
Iain has an extensive network of intermediary contacts in the property industry and understands the need to collaborate throughout a transaction. His training in the City of London instilled in him the importance of strong leadership, effective communication and teamwork to achieve his client’s objectives.
