Janice is a highly respected family law specialist with over 30 years’ experience advising on all aspects of family law. She provides pragmatic, client-focused guidance on divorce and separation, children’s matters, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, with particular expertise in high-value divorces and cohabitation disputes involving complex financial arrangements.
Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law, Janice is recognised as a leading individual in her field by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. She is a tutor in family law for the Diploma in Legal Practice at University of Strathclyde.
Alongside her continued contribution to the Family Law Team, Janice now also holds a management role within the firm, shaping strategy and mentoring the next generation of lawyers as well acting as our Client Relations Manager.
