Janice Napier

Janice is based in our English property and energy teams and spreads her time between work on renewable energy projects and commercial property work.

Within the energy team, Janice acts mainly for developers in relation to their proposed wind, solar and energy storage projects. This work involves the negotiating and completion of options for leases, and options for the various rights needed for the relevant renewable energy project. Additionally, her experience includes the step through to lease when the project is to be realised and all property work associated with that.

As a commercial property lawyer of more than 20 years’ experience both north and south of the border, Janice covers all aspects of commercial property work from commercial leasing, sale and purchase, development site acquisition/sales through to lease portfolio management. Additionally, she assists her corporate colleagues in relation to the property aspects of corporate acquisitions, sales and restructures.

Outside of the office, Janice enjoys gardening and eating out with friends.
