Julie has a wide range of experience in commercial property matters having specialised in the sector for over 25 years. She advises a variety of clients from individuals and family businesses to companies and pension funds in leasing and lease management (both Landlord and Tenant), and property and portfolio acquisitions and sales.
Julie excels in building strong relationships with clients, many of whom she has acted for over a number of years. With sound commercial instincts she understands the importance of knowing her clients and their business requirements, helping them to achieve their goals.
Interests away from work include attending the theatre and performing with her local choir which has seen her take to the stage in theatres across Scotland. She also relaxes spending time trying new recipes and enjoys beach and country walks.
