Julie is an experienced HR professional who works as an integral part of the Employment and Pensions Unit, delivering their HR Plus service.
She supports clients with all HR matters including attending on site to advise on process, conduct investigations, take hearings and meetings, produce minutes, statements and correspondence. Julie can also work on a seconded or placement basis.
She works with our clients to deliver hands on Human Resources support, particularly to those clients who do not have in house HR staff or where they require an external consultant to attend and conduct investigations. Julie meets with witnesses, takes witness statements and produces investigation reports. Julie then supports managers in any disciplinary or grievance hearings. Julie is uniquely placed to provide our “HR Plus” service because, in addition to her years of experience and qualifications in HR, she has the support of our employment lawyers and other colleagues in our full service law firm. Julie delivers to clients a practical and joined up service which serves their HR needs, on-site or offsite, while ensuring that the relevant law (including employment law and data protection law) is all carefully considered.
