Karen is a Legal Executive in our Private Client Team.
Karen has worked in the Private Client area of the legal sector for over 25 years and now specialises specifically in the administration of Executry estates. She has a specialist Paralegal certificate in Wills, Trusts and Executries from CLT Scotland and a diploma from the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS).
Karen deals with all aspects of the administration of testate and intestate cases including obtaining confirmation to the estates, dealing with the settlement of inheritance tax, assets which attract agricultural or business relief, foreign assets and legal rights. She works closely with the executors during the entire period of administration.
