Read MoreLynne holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and is CIPD qualified. She has 20 years’ diverse experience across all HR disciplines, gained in a variety of sectors including local authorities, banking, life assurance and manufacturing.
Her strong background in both operational and strategic matters means she can comfortably support on all aspects of HR. As a Mental Health First Aider who has been trained in a Trauma Informed approach, Lynne has extensive experience managing complex cases involving both employees and students. Lynne can also lead on redundancy programmes and supports the full process from end to end.
Lynne also works with an organisation’s leadership team to help develop and direct an HR agenda. She is always keen to ensure her HR advice and support adds value. Her approach is collaborative and inclusive to ensure successful outcomes. Lynne provides regular and ad hoc support to companies across multiple industries.
In her home life, Lynne is a busy mum of three and an active member of her community sitting on both the Festival Committee and the Parent’s Association at her children’s school. She also enjoys the great outdoors and music and enjoys combining both of these by regularly attending festivals with her family.
