Mary Frances O’Neill

Mary Frances (MF) is a Director in our Contentious Construction team in our Glasgow office. She regularly acts for clients across the private and public sectors in complex and high value construction disputes, predominately working on major projects and infrastructure matters.

MF brings valuable experience of the Scottish public sector, having worked for a decade across three major public sector bodies, including as head of a multidisciplinary team. Having worked as inhouse counsel and with experience as varied as client relationship management, bid writing, contract management, planning law, licensing law, and information governance, MF brings a real knowledge and understanding of “seeing the bigger picture” when advising and supporting her clients. She also has a Certificate in Legal Project Management.

Outside of the office, MF enjoys planting flowers in her beloved garden, swimming, and practising yoga.
