Acting for the Royal College of Nursing, the Scottish Prison Service and the General Medical Council, Natalie has become a seasoned court practitioner. In fact she’s conducted over 100 proofs in courts all over Scotland, defending and pursuing cases with great success. Natalie also appears regularly before the Nursing Midwifery Council in misconduct hearings and in Fatal Accident Inquiries on behalf of the Scottish Prison Service.
A Solicitor Advocate, Natalie has extended rights of audience in the civil courts and has appeared in the Court of Session for both the Royal College of Nursing and the General Medical Council. She was the instructing solicitor in the very first Court of Session proof in Scotland involving credit hire.
She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers [APIL]. Natalie studied for a year at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. The school is widely recognised for Public Law, with many recent alumni achieving prestigious judicial and political positions.
When not pursuing her exciting career, Natalie is a successful highland dancer and has competed all over Scotland. She now enjoys taking her four year old and two year old daughters to dance classes – the next generation is in training!
