Neil has an impressive track record in the acquisition and disposal of development land, with a particular emphasis on strategic land deals. Helping to balance the elements of risk and rewards between involved parties, Neil advises on the whole spectrum of core issues, from option, development and consortium agreement to securities, title conditions, site set-up and even lighthouses!
Neil’s diverse experience in commercial leasing and non-contentious construction matters provides invaluable experience when these challenges arise. Clients always appreciate his professional commitment, his firm focus on what really matters and his ability to explain and clarify the issues they face.
Neil is a member of our corporate responsibility committee, and has mentored many of the firm’s trainees. He is also a notary public.
Away from the complexities of property law and land deals, Neil is a skilled angler, a keen swimmer and a yoga novice. Neil also finds time to be an accomplished amateur musician.
