Paula is a solicitor in our Corporate team, and supports companies and investors across a variety of industries in the private and public sectors.
Paula’s experience includes acting in a range of corporate and commercial matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital, company re-organisations, and corporate governance. She enjoys advising a range of clients, from established corporates and investors to sole start-ups and family businesses. No matter what stage they are at, Paula is focused on helping businesses achieve their goals.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys recreating her family’s traditional Albanian and Mediterranean recipes (cookbook TBC!), travelling, photography, and open water swimming.
