Sarah works in our private client services team specialising in all areas of succession planning for individuals and families. She provides expert advice on drawing up wills, estate and succession planning and adults with incapacity issues including putting in place powers of attorney.
Sarah is a member of our specialist Vulnerable Beneficiary Trust team which provides advice in particular on Personal Injury Trusts. She works closely with individuals in receipt of a personal injury award to consider the best options available to them for protecting the award and providing for the future. Sarah provides personal and effective advice to trustees on the creation and management of trusts both in lifetime and under wills.
Sarah is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a notary public. She is also an appointed member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Sustainability Committee.
Beyond work, Sarah loves to get out into the outdoors and especially hiking with her spaniel companion.
