Sarah is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution Department. She leads our Public Sector Litigation Team and acts for several public bodies, including the Scottish Government Legal Department, UK Government Legal Department, and the Scottish Prison Service. Her specific area of expertise is complex, high value defender personal injury claims and Fatal Accident Inquiries.
Sarah is an experienced litigator with over 25 years’ experience having acted and conducted cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Over the past 12 years she has acted in a significant number of high profile Fatal Accident inquiries many of which involve complex medical and health and safety elements.
Sarah has been recognised in the legal directory Chambers & Partners as a leader in her field, primarily in defender personal injury cases.
