Sarah is an enthusiastic specialist defender litigator with over 25 years’ experience and a can-do attitude. For the past 20 years Sarah has specialised in defender liability insurance work and advised a number of public bodies (specifically the UK and Scottish Governments and the Scottish Prison Service), major insurers and liability adjusters in relation to a broad range of issues including employer’s liability, public liability, indemnity issues, occupational disease, property damage and all aspects of motor claims (personal injury, credit hire, fraud).
