Scott Flannigan

As a key member of our commercial litigation team, Scott frequently appears for clients in the Sherriff Courts and before regulatory panels across Scotland. He has successfully represented our clients in a number of proofs, trials and legal debates in both criminal and civil cases as well as in appeals before the Sheriff Principal.

Scott provides expert advice for all kinds of dispute resolution, including commercial and corporate, professional negligence, health and safety, criminal defence, personal injury, human rights, reparation, professional disciplinary and regulatory law. He also works closely with our in-house solicitor advocates and external counsel, effectively managing cases that are litigated through the Court of Session.

Scott’s varied experience means that he can advise and support clients on every aspect of their case, delivering clear, comprehensive legal expertise and creating practical solutions.

Outside of work, Scott is passionate about everything IT and writes software programmes and develops websites.
