Seonaid Sandham

Seonaid specialises in debt recovery and commercial disputes, with a focus on insolvency, financial and property matters.

She works with a range of clients, from financial organisations, insolvency practitioners, private individuals and public sector clients. Seonaid can help with contract disputes, chasing outstanding invoices/rent, all forms of debt enforcement, bringing leases to an end, actions for possession of property and actions for damages/compensation due to negligence. Her common goal is to obtain cost-effective and practical resolutions for all of her clients, in what can often be difficult situations. On top of technical expertise, Seonaid also brings empathy and is known for communicating in a straightforward, easily understandable way.

Away from work, in-between being a busy mum to her daughter, Seonaid is passionate about all things creative. She paints and hand-makes silver jewellery; sustainability is important in Seonaid’s art, up-cycling and re-purposing where possible, with most of Seonaid’s creative inspiration coming from our lovely Scottish beaches and landscapes.
