Application Support Analyst

We're currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join Anderson Strathern on a full-time, permanent basis in our Edinburgh office.

 

The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide second/third line support for the firm’s Aderant Practice Management System (PMS) and connected systems, oversee implementation of workflow processes, collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to determine requirements and create solutions to meet those objectives.  Connected systems include Client and Matter Lifecycle (CML) processes and time recording. You will provide system and user support for key business applications that include Aderant Expert, iTimekeep, iManage and SSRS as well as any other application that forms part of the integrated PMS.  As a subject matter expert of the Aderant solution you will also play a key role in the continuous improvement of its use within the firm and improving the quality and accuracy of data in the PMS.

The role reports to the Head of IT, with a dotted line to the Finance Director.

The Successful candidate

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working with Aderant Practice Management System along with strong SQL skills, excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate will have a good understanding of the management of financial data. You must be highly organised with strong project management abilities.

Ideally, you’ll be based in our Edinburgh Office although we will consider applications to be based in our Glasgow Office.
