Robbie Wilson, Head of Medical Negligence
Robbie leads our medical negligence team. He has been accredited as a specialist in medical negligence law by the Law Society of Scotland since 2016.
He aims to make a difference to the lives of those who have been involved in medical negligence accidents of all types, from birth injuries, misdiagnosis of illnesses and failure to treat.
Having specialised in this complex area for over a decade, he has assisted many individuals and families to deal with the aftermath of a catastrophic outcome.
Sarah Lonie, Senior Associate, Private Client
Sarah advises on all areas of Private Client law, including succession planning for individuals and families, drawing up wills, adults with incapacity issues and Trust law.
She is a member of our specialist Vulnerable Beneficiary Trust team, providing advice in particular on Personal Injury Trusts. Sarah has built up a great deal of knowledge, experience and expertise in dealing with a variety of high value and complex cases.
She helps clients navigate the legalities and practicalities of running a Personal Injury Trust, while providing sensitive and personable advice.
